DG TEX Direct Textile Pigment Ink, one of the patented technology from DIGITEX, is a water based pigment ink for direct printing on textile which specially made with the same pigment as the conventional textile printing to secure superior printing quality. Supported by proprietary pigment dispersion technology, it constitutes with micro and high uniformity pigment particles that prolongs print head durability.

DG TEX direct print textile pigment ink is a TRUE direct print textile pigment ink with a secret formula evolved by years of researches. It is also the only officially patented direct textile pigment ink supplier in China. It offers great quality printing, cost and efficiency over traditional screen-printing technology and any pre-treatment textile inks in
the market.

Traditional way of garment decoration relies on screen-printing to produce graphics and patterns up to fashion designer's requirement. It has been well known for its limitation to colors while it has inherent difficulties on color matching between sample and finished product. It is often a heavy-duty investment on machines and line of production, which does not provide the solution to the revolutionizing trend on fashion design focusing on personality and individuality.

DG TEX is catering this need by providing designers an enjoyable work. For simple input and low cost, it produces spacious and vibrant ink colors that allow you to get what you see. It can be used for direct printing on wide range of textile media such as cotton, linens and silks etc. Unlike other non-direct print textile ink, DG TEX requires no fabric pretreatment or wet post-processing thus enhance productivity.

DG TEX Work Flow

1. Place T-shirt on Printer Lay the shirt flat on the printer.
2. Upload Images Upload images to printer software and printing. A full color print of about 10*10 will take less than 5 minutes of resolution of 720*720dpi
3. Heat Fixation Heated by heat press or cabinet dryer @ 190°C-200°C for four times at 2 minutes each.

OUTDOOR DURABILITY: Up to 24 months.
SHELF LIFE: 10 months from date of manufacture when stored correctly.
STORAGE: Store between 18°C and 25°C. Out of direct sunlight.
CLASSIFICATION: Irritant.
FLAMMABILITY: Product not classed as flammable.
HANDLING: Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Wear gloves and goggles if splashing is likely.
